         Promoting TACES (The Assumption College English Society) to All Courses

    

    The Assumption College English Society is an academic club that help students improve their macro skills in communication such as reading, listening, writing, and speaking. This club also conducts workshops that would help students hone their talents and skills in academic aspect. However, many students didn’t know that this club is not just for English majors but also for everyone. That is why this proposal will implement strategies to promote this club among college students of the Assumption College of Nabunturan. The objective of this proposal focuses on encouraging others to be part of the said club.

 

Proposed Strategies

Letter of Invitation – I believe that one way of encouraging other students to join is through giving them letter of invitation. This would be effective as it creates a welcoming atmosphere for all the students.

Social Media Platforms – One of the effective ways of promoting a club is to promote it through social media platform like facebook page. I believe that TACES already had a facebook page and this is the place where we can regularly post updates, post everyday task related to the club itself that everyone are allowed to join and comment, and post the different workshops and activities that this club has to offer.

TACES Bulletin Boards – This bulletin boards can be found inside the school campus. We can put in this bulletin boards the important announcements of the club, pictures taken from the workshops, pictures of the club officers, and of course we can also put an everyday inspirational quote that would inspire students.

Timeline

    The implementation of the said strategies will be carried out for 3 months. Within 3 months, we will keep working on promoting TACES on the social media platform by posting regular updates and posting everyday a challenging educational task. We will also keep on posting on the bulletin boards about the important announcements and upcoming events of the club. We will also make sure to give students a letter of invitation to encourage them to join.

Conclusion

    The promotion of The Assumption College English Society is important to encourage every students to join this kind of academic club. Implementing the said strategies can help the club increase its student members. I believe that this proposal will encourage students to join and engage on the different opportunities that this club has to offer.
