The College Intramural Attendance
The College Intramural was one of the exciting events for college students. In our school, we had our Intramural last May 2-6 2023 and students really enjoyed it a lot. However, a lot of students experienced difficulty in the Intramural attendance. They find it time consuming and hassle.
Some students find it time consuming because we have to fall in line for almost 20 minutes to wait for our turn to sign. It was also hassle because we have to flip many pages just to find our names and sometimes the in charge of the attendance was difficult to find. To solve these problems, we came up with three solutions. The first thing is to have a specific table for every major where students can sign their attendance easily. In addition, the in charge will always be at the table during the signing of attendance so that students won't roam around the campus to find them. Next, is to have a consistent way of signing attendance like the use of QR code. We find this less hassle compared to the other ways. Lastly, there should be more in charge in attendance so that the signing of attendance won't took much time.
These was totally different compared to the ways that we had before. We find these three ways less hassle and time saving. We believe that by having these ways during signing of attendance will make students feel convenient and satisfied.
